Foggy weather is one of my favourite conditions to photograph in. The 'still' photographs I made didn't quite capture the mood and feeling I had for this scene. The image was created by panning the camera as I was releasing the shutter. Even when working from a tripod, the speed, distance, starting and ending positions of the moving camera make each image unique.
